Defining Game Slots

Game slots are defined by specifying a date followed by one or more lines of times or time ranges, followed by field references

This example shows games slots for 2/22/13 and 2/23/13. Fields "F1" and "F2" will be used for games between 9:00 am and 7:30 pm on 2/22, with 90 minute between games. "F3" will be used for games starting at 9:30am through 7:30 pm, also at 90 minute intervals.

On 2/23/13, "F1" and "F2" are used from 9 am to 3:30, at 90 minute intervals, as well as games at 6 pm. "F3" is used between 9:30 and 2 pm.

Although a 5 AM game is very unlikely, times after noon must include 'pm' or use 24 hour time. "5:00" means 5 AM, so use "17:00","5:00pm", or "5pm" for 5:00 PM. Spaces may be inserted between components.

Lines starting with '//' are comments and are ignored.

Assign

Click on the "Assign" button just above the generated game slots, to pass these slots to the "Assign" phase. Only this "Assign" button will pass the Game Slots to the Assign page.
