Enter all field and venue locations, then "Save Locations". Use "Help" for more information.
Click on Set Location Colors
to set color for locations if the locations will be color coded in the schedule.
Click
Next to continue.
"Ref. Name" is the name that will be used to refer to a field within the tournament schedule. It must be set. All other Locations parameters can be set later.
"Name" is the name that will appear on the web page. If it is not set, the Ref. Name will be used for "Name".
Both "Lat/Lon" and "Long Name" are optional. G&B includes a "Directions" page that can provide driving directions. "Lat/Lon" is the latitude/longitude of the location. For example, the east field at John Hunt Soccer Complex is "34.69006,-86.58755". The Lat/Lon is specified as two decimal numbers separated by a comma.
"Long Name" is used in the "Directions page", in a map context. "John Hunt Soccer Complex" is an example.
It is possible to specify both fields and venues. "John Hunt E" and "John Hunt W" might be specified, with "Ref Names" of "JHE" and "JHW", and "John Hunt" could be specified with a lat/lon and Long Name.
